I’m Jess.

I’m the co-founder of cult skincare brand, frank body, and branding & creative agency, Willow & Blake.

I’m a trained brand strategist, copywriter and marketer. I’ve built over $1b worth of brands and I spent 11 years as the Chief Marketing Officer for frank body until I hung up my boots and budgets in mid 2024 as part of a life overhaul that was worth far more than any valuation. I’m now spending more time with my family, writing a book, pursuing creative projects and advising businesses & founders.

I write about growth of the personal and professional kind, with lessons from my two decade career building brands, products and global teams.

As an ambassador for the Australian Literacy and Numeracy Fund, I believe deeply in the power of words and I’m passionate about everyone having access to vital literacy education that sets them up for life. I am a regular on the Australian speaking and podcast circuit, leading conversations about women in leadership, marketing for consumer brands, the value of brand building and and the realities of startup life. I’m also an angel investor in early stage consumer brands.

Of all the things I have created, I am most proud of (and exhausted by) my two beautiful daughters.
